What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We are startup-friendly! For custom OEM/ODM orders, our MOQ is flexible, typically starting from 100 pieces per style/color. For in-stock items, we support mixed small batches to help you test the market.

Do you offer OEM/ODM customization services?

Yes, absolutely. We specialize in full customization. You can add your brand logo (embroidery, print, or rubber patch), customize sizes, and design your own hang tags and packaging. Our design team can also help turn your concepts into reality.

How long does it take to get a sample?

Speed is our advantage. Once the design and fabric are confirmed, we typically complete samples within 3 to 7 working days. This allows you to review and refine your product quickly before bulk production.

What is the lead time for bulk production?

Standard production time is usually 15 to 30 days after the pre-production sample is approved. The exact timeline depends on the order quantity and the complexity of the craftsmanship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally. We work with major logistics partners to offer various shipping methods including Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), Air Freight, and Sea Freight (DDP/DDU), ensuring your goods arrive safely and cost-effectively.

How do you ensure product quality?

We implement a strict 3-stage Quality Control process: 1. Raw material inspection before cutting; 2. Inline inspection during sewing; 3. Final inspection before packaging. We ensure every piece meets our high standards before leaving the factory.
